Erick Houadjeto is a strategic communications and business management professional with sterling leadership qualities. He has vast experience in both the public and private sectors as an administrator, public relations and marketing specialist and a banker of 17 years’ experience with an astute sense of business operations in Ghana.
After eight years in the Civil Service, he joined the Banking industry and over a period of seventeen (17) years, he worked with The Trust Bank, Intercontinental Bank and Access Bank heading various departments as Group Head and Divisional Head – Corporate Affairs, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Public Sector and Group Area Manager for the Northern Zone consisting of Ashanti, Brong – Ahafo, Northern and parts of Western Regions.
In 2013, he resigned from banking and joined AGAMS HOLDINGS as an Executive Director responsible for Business Development for Ghana, Nigeria and the Gambia. Erick Houadjeto has been Executive Chairman of Image Consortium since inception.
Throughout his career, Erick has attended various courses and seminars in Ghana, Belgium, Kenya and Nigeria. He is a product of University of Ghana and has a Post Graduate Diploma and an EMBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Erick has served on a number of boards including GIHOC Distilleries and Regency-Nem Insurance Co. Ltd.
Marilyn Efua Houadjeto is the Chief Executive Officer of Image Consortium. She is a creative, result driven Communication Consultant. Marilyn has a successful track record of consistently exceeding goals and objectives in events production and management, specializing in Event Organization & Management, Trade Shows/Exhibitions & Projects, Corporate Training & Publications, Transportation Logistics, Television & Radio Production.
She possesses a proven ability to create and manage events at the highest level, with proficiency in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, organizing and multitasking with a cost-effective approach to executing events. She is Team Oriented & Leader in engaging and managing staff.
Marilyn is also the Managing Director/Creative Director of IE Design (An Interior & Exterior Design Company). She worked with various corporate organizations such as Charter House Productions, Mplaza Hotel, Media Touch, StratComm Africa and the State Protocol Department in various supervisory capacities.
She is dedicated, motivated, positive and ambitious with excellent interpersonal communication.
She is a graduate of Ghana Institute of Journalism, has a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management (Coventry University).
ERIC ASUMADU is analytically robust with good leadership qualities. He has over Nineteen (19) years working experience including micro finance and main stream banking environment.
Eric worked with ProCredit Saving and Loans Co. Ltd for seven years where he served in various capacities from a junior officer to a senior management position. He also worked at Intercontinental Bank Ghana Ltd as Relationship Manager heading the Retail and Personal Banking team at the Head Office Branch in 2007.
He later moved to the AGAMS Group where he worked for six years and served in various senior management capacities including COO, ACI Financial Services, Head, Project Appraisal & Implementation (RHEA Consortium, and Senior Manager, Compliance and Controls (AGAMS Holdings).
Eric over the last few years, has acquired considerable training and experience in Project Management with expertise in risk assessment and analysis. He is a Director of Image Consortium Limited and the coordinator for training programs for the financial institutions.
Eric is a product of University of Ghana and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) where he obtained bachelor’s in arts Degree in Economics and MBA, Project Management Option respectively.
He has had several trainings on Credit Management, Customer Relationship, Credit Risk Management and Operations Management, as well as Credit Portfolio Management from various training institutions including the Banking College of Ghana.
Eugenia France is a business management expert with over twenty-five years’ experience in Duty-free retailing and training, in-flight services and meeting and event planning operations. She worked at Comet Ghana and Global Inflight Services, New York where she served in various supervisory capacities.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Languages from the University of Ghana, Legon and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from East Carolina University, North Carolina, USA. She also has a Certificate: Meeting & Events Planning from University of North Carolina - Charlotte, USA.
Mrs. France is an Executive Director in charge of Projects and Events.
Kweku Amissah – Aidoo is a sales and marketing executive with over 20 year working experience and possess refined skills in corporate organisation, creative processes and quality customer service experience.
Having worked with Dark & Lovely (LÖreal) Ghana for serval years as a marketing officer / Customer Service Officer I gained valuable experience though my interaction with almost all the prestige salons and shops in Accra. I also worked with Windy Bay Enterprise as a personal assistant to the CEO. My portfolio was to managed sales and marketing and appointments scheduling on behalf of the company.
In pursuit of my passion as an Artist & Graphic Designer I took up appointment at TV Africa (Saachi & Saachi) and later operated my own gallery – Signatures Art Gallery.
I am currently the marketing executive officer of Image Consortium limited.
Ashley Ann-Marie is a business development personnel with expertise in Information Technology. She has had internship with various organization including KPMG and Image Consortium. At KPMG, Ashley assisted in facilitating the creation of KYC by executive research on various clients and their alignment with the company’s policies and values as well as the execution of ISO 27000 in the company’s quest to gain client trust and loyalty.
Ashley Ann-Marie during her internship at Image Consortium as Marketing Executive was responsible for checking up on existing and prospective clients of the Company in order to maintain customer loyalty. She was also responsible for the management of the Company’s social media pages.
Ms. Houadjeto possesses several IT skills such as, advanced proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Photoshop, proficient use of canvas and figma, standard proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Access and proficient in MySQL & Workbench.
Ashley Ann-Marie Houadjato is a graduate of Ashesi University.
Ellen Agyei is a Public Relations personnel with expertise in influencing the public's perception of their client's brand, reputation, or image.
She did her national service with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA)and has had internships with other various organizations and media houses including Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), The Multimedia Group, Aspirar Group of Companies, and Barita's Restaurant. At GRA, she managed the front desk of the Tax Audit & Quality Assurance (TAQA) Unit and assisted the Project Management Team of the Customer Experience Department with various administrative tasks. At the Multimedia group, she Assisted various departments with administrative tasks such as doing voiceovers on news stories and telenovelas and writing stories that got published online.
Ellen Agyei during her internship with the Aspirar Group was a secretary, a personal assistant receptionist, and a training facilitator.
